Okay this should actually fix every error maybe 1 or 2 has slipped through but PLEASE 

Fixed up shock effect it now cant make a target unable to shoot forever unless you keep applying a high level shock effect. Otherwise unlike before now when 

shock effect runs out target will have a timer that decreases and then shoot again.

Fixed red laser ocelot bug because its first childed object wasnt the pickup object so it broke.

Fixed duals destruction drink to not apply like 20x multishot hah
